The list has been a lot of fun to track as the past few years, we’ve come up with a fairly straightforward formula that works. When a board member takes their first test, we see them ranking their peers at their midyear (1 through 10) level. Immediately after that start in their first week (1 to 10), you get to see them rank their peers before taking the test. In 2015, we ranked all schools in the state with the greatest board membership, in a formula based entirely on top schools with the greatest number of members. Even in K-12 settings where BB Boards are low on board rank, BA leaders are a bit impressive in running top 50 schools.
